Founded in 1984 by Mr. and Mrs. Max Webb, the SCAGA Scholarship Fund was created to honor the memory of Dwight Teed, who served as an original member of the Sun Country Board of Directors. Overview
The Plein Environmental Scholarship Fund awards financial assistance to students with demonstrated need who are pursuing an undergraduate degree at a Virginia community college or a Virginia public university.
