- Must have been a resident of Northeast Florida for at least the past two years.
- Must be a graduating high school senior.
- Must be a runner or otherwise actively involved in track and field.

New for 2026: the Foundation’s Board of Directors will award two scholarships of $30,000 each to support college expenses for selected high school seniors. The scholarship amount will be paid out over the recipient’s four years of undergraduate study.
