The company was established in 1982 by Jean Griswold, who, after being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, recognized the need for high-quality care in her local community.

Please be aware that your application will only be deemed complete and eligible for the scholarship once this online form has been submitted and a recommendation form has been filled out and submitted by a supervisor who is nominating you for this award.
Your supervisor could be from your home care agency, a client you provide care for on a private basis, or a care pairing registry. We urge you to follow up with the person endorsing you to ensure they fill out and submit their form. An email will be sent to you to confirm successful submission.
