Quell Fighter Scholarship

Introduction
The Quell Foundation Fighter Scholarship supports a limited number of students—either graduating high school seniors or those currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs—who are receiving treatment for a diagnosed mental health condition. The award, created by the Quell Foundation Awareness Fund, aims to advance the quality of care and treatment available to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Who is eligible
- High school seniors or enrolled undergraduate or graduate students
- Must be actively undergoing treatment for a diagnosed mental health condition
Application materials (required)
- Official academic transcript
- Personal statement
- Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.20
- Two letters of recommendation (from a professor, coach, school counselor, or workplace manager)
- Proof of financial information: Form 1040, Student Aid Report (SAR), or a tax return
- Letter or documentation from a licensed mental health professional confirming current involvement in treatment/services
