Eligibility Criteria
When awarding scholarships, priority is given to residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Applicants should be residents or former residents of the northeastern region of Pennsylvania and hold U.S. citizenship.
Grants are awarded without regard to race, color, religion, or gender. The applicant does not need to be a graduate student or have formal training in any academic or professional program. The applicant must demonstrate that the scholarship will contribute to their growth as professional artists. The decision to grant the award and the amount to be granted is at the discretion of the Grant Selection Committee.
Application Process
Applicants must provide the Selection Committee with evidence of exceptional talent in their chosen field and show that they intend to make this field their life's work. This talent must be demonstrated through a selection process that begins with the completion of an official application form. The application form must be accompanied by letters of recommendation from recognized artists, experts, or judges in the relevant field.
