WSADA Bright Future Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by Washington State Auto Dealers Association
Bright Future Scholarship Program — Technician Training Support
Introduction
Since its 2008 inception, the Bright Future Scholarship Program has been backed by Washington’s franchised new car and truck dealers who actively support education and student success. From 2008 through 2025 the program has awarded more than $275,000 to 102 students across the state.
About WSADA and career opportunities
Washington State’s franchised new car and truck dealers employ over 22,000 people in 70 communities and are significant local employers who reinvest in their communities. A career working for a franchised dealer — including as an automotive technician — can provide strong pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities. The Washington State Auto Dealers Association (WSADA) encourages students completing automotive training to consider employment with franchised dealerships.
