Introduction
The Space to Succeed Scholarship, offered by The Storage Center, is designed to support students who are actively serving their communities and preparing for higher education. This award honors applicants who demonstrate leadership, volunteerism, and a commitment to making a positive impact, while helping cover costs associated with pursuing a degree.
Who is eligible
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States.
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college or university at the time the application is submitted.
Use of the scholarship funds
- Award money is restricted to qualified educational expenses, such as tuition, institutional fees, textbooks, and required course materials.
- Payments are issued directly to the recipient’s school on the student’s behalf.
- Scholarships are for the named recipient only and cannot be transferred to another person.

How to apply

- Essay: Provide a 500–800 word essay describing your community involvement and volunteer activities, and explain how further education will help you continue to create positive change.
- Photos: Upload a headshot plus an additional image that shows you engaged in community service. These photos may be featured on the scholarship webpage and The Storage Center’s social media channels.
