As legal practitioners serving the Indiana community, we believe in giving back to our society by offering equitable legal services in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury cases.
Children embroiled in family court proceedings often grapple with a range of emotions and challenges. For our annual scholarship, we invite applicants to design an infographic that highlights the potential adverse effects of children's involvement in the family court system.
The infographic should incorporate statistics related to emotional and behavioral problems, along with other issues that children typically encounter during divorce or other family court proceedings.
Moreover, your infographic should propose tools, resources, and alternative strategies that the family court system could employ to lessen the trauma experienced by children involved in child-related disputes.
Summary
We are inviting law students to design an infographic that demonstrates the negative consequences children face when they are part of the family court system.
Additionally, suggest potential alternative strategies that the family court system could employ to lessen the trauma experienced by children involved in child-related disputes.
The infographic should be at least 600px wide.
Scholarship Amount:
- One (1) law student will be selected and awarded $1,500 towards their legal education.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be enrolled or accepted into a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) in the United States for the fall 2024 semester.
Submission Guidelines
- Submit an infographic that is at least 600 pixels wide. Acceptable file formats include jpeg, png, and PDF.
- Ensure your first and last name, along with the name of your current law school, are included at the bottom of the infographic.
Submission Deadline
- All entries must be submitted by September 30, 2025. The scholarship winner will be chosen by October 11, 2025, and notified by October 31, 2025.

- A copy of your most recent academic transcript.
